Mentors volunteer based on their interest, expertise, and availability. There is no guarantee than any particular mentor will be assigned to a particular company. We use a business plan review process and various video chats and meetings to help mentors and entrepreneurs decide who they want to work with — it is important that both the mentor and the entrepreneur choose each other.
