Chef lands in Puerto Rico, ready to help

According to a New York Times article, as of Saturday 85 percent of the island lacks power. Klein said it could be months before rural parts of the island have electricity, so he has teamed up with the company Luminaid.

Luminaid makes blow-up solar-powered lanterns that could help residents until Puerto Rico’s power grid is rebuilt. The company will sell him lanterns at wholesale cost, and Klein hopes to make a purchase when he returns next week.
